Through necessity, the expansion of Deft’s business has led to the establishment of our own in-house recruitment department to better provide the quality manpower requirements of our various Training projects in the Hydrocarbon industry.

High quality search and screening procedures have been developed over many years to ensure that we attract only the highest calibre personnel in order to promote the Deft service brand with our global clients from within the oil & gas, petrochemical and associated industries.

Taking these best-practices further, the Recruitment Department subsequently evolved seamlessly into the provision of non Training-specific manpower services, firstly in tandem with existing operations and latterly to a global clientele. This has been achieved by a continual focus by all concerned to achieve innovative best-practice systems to ISO 9000 standards, for which we are certified.

These high quality measures are the base for Deft’s ability to structure a range of packages. Such packages could range from the secondment of a single Engineer (perhaps a Senior E&P Consultant) to the provision of a team of multi-national / multi-discipline specialists (perhaps from commissioning, operation, maintenance or training areas), with said teams ranging in size from small teams to larger scale operations groups.

Following on from the recruitment process to final interview and selection, and depending on a client’s requirements, Deft’s services can then move on to encompass every aspect of manpower support services to include contracts, visas, medicals, insurances, mobilisation, accommodation, messing, transport, sponsorship, flights, payments, taxes etc. We pride ourselves in being able to meet your exact requirements in a clear, transparent and accountable way.
